This solid cherry hall or "pier" mirror is from the late Victorian or Eastlake period, about 1875.
The original "ebonized" finish has gold highlights in the carving and various touchups. American made antique furniture, the marble shelf has two filled holes. There is a hint of "smoke" in the original plate glass mirror to show its age.
Measurements are 30" wide, 11" deep and 103" tall.
