An Empire design dining table was hand carved of shimmering solid mahogany about 1915, and signed by famous luxury maker, "Tobey, Hand Made, Chicago."

The restored gleaming finish is in excellent condition on this richly detailed antique furniture. There is a loss on the bottom edge of one end. Acanthus and pineapple motifs, rope moldings and lion paw feet are deeply sculpted by a master carver. There are two substantial pedestals and four 12" wide leaves without aprons for easy storage.

Measurements are 54" wide, 30" tall, legroom is 25" underneath and when closed is 72" long, with all four leaves in place at once length is 10' overall.
