A fantastic, stylized design, hand painted at Brauer Studio in Chicago between 1910-1916.
The abstracted floral motif and other forms are slightly reminiscent of the Moorish and Arabian designs that were a popular design element in the early 1900's. Note the matte royal blue outline by the golden arrows at center. So interesting.....

The plate measures about 8-5/8" in diameter. The blank is from Haviland, Limoges France, and carries Brauer Studio Decorating mark 4, in use between 1910-1916.
The condition is overall very fine, but there is some superficial scratching to the gold arrow shapes near the center........nothing deep that exposes porcelain.
