This lovely 1940s keepsake locket brooch features a hand painted rose guilloche enamel disc encased in an ornate gold tone frame. Locket dangles from a pale yellow enameled bow, with a pin back on the reverse. The back of the guilloche disc is a keepsake locket and the cover is encased in a gold tone frame.

These brooches were first made popular in mid 1800s and held a lock of hair, a treasured photograph of a loved one, or a watch. This pin dates circa 1930s to 40s.

Brooch measures 2-1/8 inches high and 1 inch wide. There are no markings.

Condition is very nice, with just a small loss to the enamel on the bow edge.

Payment can be made via debit/credit card using the PayPal link on order page. If you prefer another method, please let me know and I will email you a Square invoice, where you can make payment with your debit or credit card on their secure website.
