Large and impressive, this double crimped bowl by Fenton Glass Company was introduced into their line in 1940 and discontinued in 1955. It is their French opalescent hobnail, with beautiful fire in the glass, and measures nearly 11 inches across the rim. Sides are 3 1/4 inches high. Stock number was 3824-FO. As this was made before 1970, bowl is unmarked, and would have had a foil label only.
Condition is excellent, with no faults, and is a stunning example of Fenton glass.
