Pennino Brothers was founded in New York City in 1926 and closed around 1966. They were known for their fine workmanship and quality stones set in sterling. This brooch has 5 unequal length crossed with a ribbon of clear rhinestones. The brooch is 3 1/8" wide and 1 1/8" tall with a sturdy safety clasp. The clip earrings appeal to be a half of the design of the brooch. 1 1/4" tall and 5/8" and are marked Pennino. Very good vintage from the 1950s. Rezazadeh gives Pennino top marks (9-10) in comparison with other manufacturers.
