This 1940 - 1950 brooch was designed by Alfred Philippe, who also worked for Cartier. The brooch is a mistletoe branch in sterling with gold vermeil. Some of the leaves are pave on the top and some are pave underneath with clear rhinestones. The faux cream pearls are the berries. The brooch is 2 3/4" tall and 2" at the widest. Marked small (Crown) Trifari and, in a different place, sterling. Sturdy safety clasp. Some of the vermeil has worn away. Otherwise excellent vintage condition.
