Miriam Haskell discovered Japanese faux pearls that would not peel. This necklace with 10 mm silvery baroque faux pearls and small pearly spacers. The necklace is 23" and has a plunger closure which has Miriam Haskell on the back. There is also an oval hang tag with Miriam Haskell. According to Carroll these hang tags were first used in the 1950s, but I would make the year for this necklace is 1980s. Excellent vintage condition.
