I have bought dozens over the years of Linda Marble's pendants and earrings in the Isleta style from the 1850s - 1930s of the Pueblo peoples. The crosses represent dragonflies, among other beliefs, brought the rains that permitted human life. She has been a silversmith since 1961. These earrings have concho tops and Isleta crosses. the conchos are 9/16" and the cast crosses are 2" by 1". The earrings are posts and weigh 22 grams or 0.7 ounce. Marked LM for Linda Marble, a Navajo, and sterling. Excellent vintage condition. If you are interested in learning about these crosses, you should look for Allison Bird's Heart of the Dragonfly, Avanyu Publishing Inc. Marble's items are getting hard to find.
