Max Neiger was known to be a master metalsmith. He and his brother had workshops in Gablonz and Prague from the 1920s to the 1940s. Both brothers died at Auschwitz. This necklace has all one expect from the Neigers: beautiful brass work on the pendant which has a dark blue glass center, 3 medium blue rhinestones, 2 white enamel shapes and 3 drops of dark blue glass beads and brass. The round dark blue beads and longer dark blue beads form the necklace. 16 1/2" long and the drop is 3". Excellent vintage condition.
