Charming, Victorian figural silver plated napkin ring manufactured by the Meriden Britannia Company, Meriden, Connecticut features a rather large song bird perched on a branch with flowers and berries, and tethered by a cord to a ring with floral swags. Circa 1875.
Measures approximately 3.6 inches tall x 4.5 inches long. Good, unpolished condition with no restoration. Carries impressed circular mark for Meriden Britannia Company, last quarter 19th. Weighs just over 7 ounces BEFORE packing. Std size 12x12x8
