Uncommon Steuben glass vase in shape number 596 was produced for T.G. Hawkes & Co. It's made in Steuben’s Spanish Green having a ribbed, conical shape with folded rim and a wide, ribbed platform foot.

Measures approximately 7 inches tall. Base is approximately 5.6 inches in diameter. No chips or repairs. Unsigned.

This splendidly weird vase can be found on page 332 in the line drawings of Paul Gardner’s, “The glass of Frederick Carder”. The last photo is given for size comparison only. std bx sz 14x14x14
