Charming and scarce little 18th century Thuringia ribbed porcelain bowl having a scenic decoration in puce of a castle.

Measures approximately 5.125” diameter x 1.125” tall. No damage or restoration. Firing line on back of bowl is not damage but an anomalous feature that occurred when the glaze separated slightly during the firing process. (see photo of bowl's back side about 11 o'clock) Carries underglaze mark in blue “W” for Wallendorf.
