Pottery Lamp Base signed by Seng 1979 on the base. This looks Malaysian Seng and is similar to Lee Seng's work but is a beautiful example of 1970 U.S pottery. Lee Seng did not set up his studio until 1987.This piece was purchased in California directly from the artist and never wired or used. It has the holes for wiring and I will wire it before shipping if you like. It has been stored in good condition, no breaks, etc and has never been used. I have tried to turn the lamp to give you the complete design patterns all around. The colors are a soft blue with tan in the dimensions. The lamp base is 10" tall and 9" at bottom base, with the largest width at 12". Apparently these lamps were sold by the artist himself from a pottery location in southern California. It now comes from a local estate whose owner collected beautiful pottery from around the world. I guess this is one of those honey-do projects that never got done. Your good luck.
