This is a 7" tall Bud Vase, resembling candle holders designed by Timo Sarpanevo for IIttala Art Glass in the 1970's. This, like Sarpanevo's "Festivo" pattern, looks like it is made of ice. The inside flower well is approximately 4 1/2" deep. The glass formula may have had uranium in it. Under a black light, this glows, as you can see in one of my additional pictures.
Condition is excellent. It is unsigned.
