"Raminagrobis" And The Mice written and illustrated by Harold Benson. Published by The Seabury Press, copyright 1965.
There was a family of mice who lived in a tower, safe from the claws of a terrible cat who was always very hungry and whose name was...RAMINAGROBIS!
This is the story of what happened when one day, by a clever trick, Raminagrobis managed to get into the tower.
Harold Berson has chosen the eighteenth century for his own delightful version, freely retold in pictures and text, of a French nursery tale based on a LaFontaine character.
