For your consideration is a cute hand-crafted Merrythought teddy bear from England. Merrythought is a toy manufacturing company that was established in 1930 in the United Kingdom. The bear is jointed five ways and is made with golden honey colored mohair with oak brown paw pads.. This bear has plastic eyes and a black embroidered nose and mouth. He is approx. 16" tall and is wearing a green woven scarf with a wish bone and the word "Merry" embroidered on it. Marked on one paw is Merrythought, Ironbridge Shops, Made In England. He kind of reminds me of Winnie the Pooh.
