A set of six 5 1/2" teaspoons in the "Oak" pattern by Frank Smith. Please look at the beautiful detail on these spoons--the reeded upper handle with tiny acorns, the oak leaves above the oval cartouche, and the tip having overlapping oak leaves and acorns. The backs have lovely detail as well. This wonderful pattern was introduced in 1912. All 6 spoons are in very good condition with no dents or pitting, just the patina of well cared for and polished antique silver. There is a very faint monogram on each piece, almost unreadable, but using a magnifier we believe it to be the letter B. All 6 are marked "sterling" on the reverse along with the Frank Smith mark of S with lion as shown.
