A large revolving silverplate over copper server, complete with removable platter with well. This server was made by the Daniel and Arteir silver company of Birmingham, England c. 1910, and is hallmarked with the D & A logo on the underside. It's in good, usable condition, opens and closes well. Fluted exterior with nicely detailed legs and handles plus a bakelite "button" opener. There is some wear to the plating, and the interior that holds hot water has seen much use. This is a great display piece and certainly adds a touch of Downton Abbey elegance to your dining room!
