A nice set of 4 antique Staffordshire pearlware handleless cups or tea bowls dating to the early 1800's. All 4 matching cups have a floral pattern and measure 2 1/2" high with a top diameter of 3 7/8". There are no chips or cracks to any of them. Each has an impressed number on the bottom and a red decorator mark, but the maker is unknown to me. Fine crazing is present and a light degree of age browning, nothing major for 200 year-old pieces. It's somewhat unusual to find a set of these, and they would be a nice addition to a collection.
