An 1850's relief molded cork and edge relief molded jug or pitcher marked "Dudson". This beautiful example of early English Staffordshire parian pottery has an intricate leaf and berries pattern and applied branch handle. It stands 7 3/4" tall and measures 6 7/8" from spout edge to outermost portion of the handle. Excellent antique condition with no chips or cracks, a small repair on the foot rim near the Dudson stamp as shown in the photos. Shown in "A Pottery Panorama" by Audrey M. Dudson.
