A lovely very pale turquoise double handle vase by the McCoy Pottery. Made in 1940, it stands 9 1/4" tall and has an elongated neck, long handles that buttress out from beneath the top and elbow at 90 degrees before tapering down either side until the vase finishes in a bulbous bottom. the pale turquoise color has a shaded, impressionist appearance, very soft. the vase is in overall excellent condition with no chips or cracks, though there is a very faint hairline that goes about 1/2" over the top rim, almost unnoticeable. The vase is marked USA on the bottom but is well-documented as McCoy and shown in Hanson/Nissen/Hanson's McCoy Pottery book.
The vase weighs 2 lbs before packing, and shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail, insurance included.
