A beautiful pair of antique 19th century Victorian era brass candlesticks or candle holders. These stand a stately 11 3/8" tall and have a traditional beehive shape and chamfered corner square bases measuring 4 5/8" square. These are "push-up" candle holders, meaning that have thin rods going through the stick so that you can push the underside and the plunger will push the remains of a burned candle up and out of the holder. These candlesticks have a substantial presence and beautiful patina. There are no dents or damage. The push-ups work well, though the little disk at the bottom of one rod is missing. This is a very elegant pair, beautiful on mantle, sideboard, etc.
The pair weigh 3 1/2 lbs before packing, and shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail.
