A very hard-to-find Art Deco vase in Westmoreland's English Hobnail pattern, made beginning in 1917 and continued through the Art Deco and Depression era. The three arched, faceted handles are just fantastic. The vase has a crimped rim and a hobnail or strawberry diamond pattern on the body. 8 5/8" tall, it's in very good condition, though there is an internal bruise about 1/2" long near one of the crimps on the rim. It cannot be felt on either side, and we suspect this was done in manufacture while the glass was still soft and being crimped. There is one very tiny fleabite on one of the arches. This vase really sparkles when the light hits it, and again, the arched handles are showstoppers.
The vase weighs 2 lbs before packing, and shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail, insurance included.
