A lovely vintage set of Wedgwood blue jasper ware consisting of a creamer and sugar bowl with lid. This renowned pattern of jasper ware sprigged with classical scenes and foliage in relief was introduced by Josiah Wedgwood and is known world wide for its quality and timeless beauty.
The creamer, which we believe to be from the late 1970s or early 1980s, has a glazed interior. It stands 2 7/8" tall at its highest point and measures just over 5" from spout to handle. It's in excellent condition with no damage. Fully hallmarked on the bottom as shown (please excuse camera shadow!)
The sugar bowl, which is a match for the creamer, has tab handles and a dome lid with finial. It also has a glazed interior. It measures 4 3/8" in diameter and stands 4 3/4" high to the top of the lid finial. It's in excellent condition with no damage. Fully hallmarked on the bottom as shown (please excuse camera shadow!)
The set weighs 1 1/2 lbs before packing, and shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail, insurance included.
