If you own only one cookbook, this is the one you need. 915 pages of recipes and information on food, from aioli to zabaglione and everything in between! Whether you're a kitchen novice or expert, virtually all foods and cooking techniques are included in this volume. This vintage edition is in wonderful condition with all pages intact and clean, and the red marker ribbons are great, too. There is no dust jacket, but the covers and spine are great, some aging/yellowing to the outer edges of the pages as can be seen in the photo.
