Vintage MIRIAM HASKELL double strand necklace of coral glass with its fancy accompanying gilded "Russian gold" gilt chain is being offered for your consideration. The duo form a gorgeous necklace in excellent vintage condition ready to become a favorite in your accessories wardrobe.
Miriam Haskell Jewelry is beautiful, classic, stylish and distinctive; one of the most recognizable designer styles though out the decades since the 1920's. These are just a few of the reasons her jewelry has retained and continues to increase in value; as well as, remained so collectible. Great designers; Robert Clark, Peter Raines, Larry Vrba, Millie Petronzio and Robert Lee Morris though out those years have managed to carry on the classic style first developed by Frank Hess with Ms. Haskell, while adding their own subtle and not so subtle touches and flare. If it is not obvious, we are fans!
This is a lovely well cared for estate treasure; with classic styling and design meant for you to meet any fashion wardrobe demand from business up and coming, casual lunch, to the board meeting and reward you with all the well deserved compliments too. The necklace is 19 inches long, 15 inches with a 4 inch extension for lengthening it up to the 19 inches with the classic flower signed, Miriam Haskell, J-hook. The coral elements in this necklace are slightly larger than the normal ones I usually run into, at 10mm, very nice, no chips in the glass were found; I've not attempted to clean the gilded components, none show any signs of corrosion or the "greenies", as was stated earlier this one has been well cared for, all display a lovely aged golden hue. Only desirable age appropriate light mellowing and light wear to the finish are present. Nothing in my opinion that would detract from its stunning appeal and only that that affirms its age and authenticity are present, Enjoy! (K7389)
