Vintage Reja earrings are very realistic looking treasures, and these are no exception, they are gorgeous; imagine Reja closed its door in 1953...OMG. There is no substitute for quality, craftsmanship and/or classic styling and these have them all, they are in excellent vintage condition too!
When you uncover the name REJA (1941-1953) you have discovered a true treasure; their jewelry was produced in small quantities and sold in upscale boutiques, which accounts for Reja Jewelry's scarcity in the market place today. It's high quality, classic designs and use of only the finest components makes it a lasting collectible and highly sought after by today's savvy collectors!
These are wonderful earrings, if you looked at them in respect to their history alone they would be extraordinary but certainly these were meant to be worn; they are in marvelous condition and beautiful. Their measurements, or at least as close as I can get to them, are 15/16 inch by 13/16 inch and 7/16 proud or rounded to the nearest common numbers slightly less than 1 inch long by 3/4 inch wide; both clip backs are signed, REJA, and both function properly. They are very bright and shiny, appearing to have lost very little if any of their gold plating. The rhinestones are all sparkling and in very nice condition, when examined under magnification one will notice some light desirable peppering, nothing in our opinion that detracts from their stunning appeal only that, that on very close inspection affirms their age and authenticity. A dream find, just as fitting for a day of wear at the office, as they would be for an audience with the Queen! (K1724)
