Austria's cobalt blue portrait cabinet plate depicting 2 hunters / lovers complete with bow, quivers of arrows, a cherub and a falcon is being offered for your consideration. The plate measures 8 3/4 inches and is signed with the Porcelain Factory Victoria mark used between 1904 - 1918; this is mark no. 1267 in Robert E. Rontgen's Marks on German, Bohemian & Austrian Porcelain. This porcelain display plate has 75-80% of the gold trim remaining and only a few light scuffs / scratches from stacking, there are no chips, cracks or hairlines; a small firing flaw glazed over at the time of production on the back of the plate is evident, photo included. A beautiful show piece to complement any porcelain or cabinet plate collection! (610Z-1999)
