This little advertising booklet is about the toys that got dropped from Santa's bag and how they all worked and played together to get to the Department store and on the shelves before Christmas. Dolls play a big part! The illustrations are in blue, brown and orange tones. AND there are a number of 1930 toys pictured. Dolls mentioned are Cuddle, Peterkins, and Mama. More are pictured. There are also songs: Song of the Grab-bucket, You'd Be Surprised, and Song of the Engine,. Plus 2 poems: It's Easier to be Good, and Where There's a Will.
This booklet has staples. The covers have pulled away from the staples, but the pages are intact. Someone has put one piece of tape on the cover at the bottom (not I). Some shelf wear and a tiny bit of staining at bottom of pages where someone has turned them. After all is said though, this is still a nice little nostalgic book and has all 14 pages and the text and illustrations are not damaged. I have considered condition in the price.
A nice trip down memory lane with some information about toys of the past.
