Here are 3 tiny bisque dolls that were made in Japan. They are incised "Japan" on each of their backs. This dates them as before World War II. Their feet are also stamped "Japan."
They are 3" tall, have strung arms and legs, and painted hair and faces. I might mention their pudgy tummies too. They are in good condition for their age, with no chips. There are a few rubs. I did wipe them down some, but did no scrubbing as I wanted to maintain the paint condition.
