This beautiful, elegant glass cake plate was produced by Indiana Glass circa 1930s and is part of ther number 731 pattern which features cheerful sprays of flowers radiating from the center.
The plate is a large piece which would fit a cake up to 11 1/2" in diameter. The plate itself is 12 1/2" in diameter but there is a step down at the rim which makes the usable surface a little smaller.
The plate has three low feet to raise it a little from the surface of the table. It would make a wonderful addition to any home and a decorative serving piece for cakes, sandwiches, cold cuts or cookies. In excellent condition it has no chips, nicks or cracks at all.
