This wonderful figural EAPG glass jar was produced by the Co-operative Flint Glass Company circa 1900 and is in the shape of a beehive. The pressed glass jar has a lid with a small cut out for a spoon, and though it's in the shape of a beehive and one would think of it as a honey pot, apparently the company actually advertised it as a mustard jar.
This piece measures 4 3/4" in height and 3" diagonally across the base.
In fair condition it does have a couple of flaws to note. One is a small chip on the corner of the spoon hole in the lid. The other is a flake chip on the side of the finial.
This piece would still make a wonderful addition to your collection or breakfast table.
