Duncan and Miller produced this beautiful, large, centerpiece bowl in the 1930s as part of their # 75 Whitney pattern. The Crimped bowl has a raised panel pattern on the outside and is a 9 sided circle. The surface of the bowl is accented with a silver overlay design of baskets and flowers. This piece would make a stunning fruitbowl or it would look marvelous filled with a low floral arrangement.
The bowl measures 11 1/2" in diameter and 3 3/4" in height.
In excellent condition it has no chips, nicks or cracks at all. I have left the silver overlay unpolished as some prefer the vintage patina, but it should polish to a wonderful shine with a little Wrights silver cream if you so desire.
