Harald Buchrucker was a German metal artist, most active in the 1930s and known for his Copper, Brass and Pewter work. He was born in 1897 and lived until 1985. His work was in the tradition of the Bauhaus metalworks, and through his life he founded the Buchrucker Pewter Forge and was a member of the German Deutscher Werkbund, The German Association of Craftsmen.

This piece is a copper bowl which has a brass foot and handles. The brass pieces are accented with notches and the bowl is marked with the artists signature on the base.

The piece measures 8 1/4" in diameter, 10 1/2" wide including the handles, and just over 3" in height. It appears to be in good condition. I have not cleaned or polished it
