This highly intricate piece of solid brass was made in India. I have been told it is a mix of 7 metals including brass and bronze. It is quite heavy, so it weighs more like bronze than brass. It features a large cart/chariot pulled by two Indian horses. Many of them were used as toys for children to play with in the temples. Now they are a great example of Indian art to be collected and displayed with pride. The chariot measures - 7" width x 7" depth x 9" height. The horses on wheels measure - 8 1/2" depth x 5 1/2" width x 7" height. I have collected these pieces for many years and am now selling off my collection.
