Here I have to offer a Most Beautiful Madame Alexander 15in. Hard Plastic Bride. She was made in 1952 and is All Original and in Very Excellent Condition. Her most Beautiful face is flawless with very vibrant color. I'll let the photos do the talking. She is wearing her Original bride gown which is ivory satin with long sleeves and lace trim. The bodice is laced with heavy victorian trim and sprinkled with faux diamonds, thus sometimes calling her the "Victorian Bride" doll. She also wears her Original undies, stockings, single blue garter, one strap shoes, and carries a bouquet of flowers. The gown is in excellent condition with no holes, rips, tears, odors, but does have the typical stain line that this type of material gets due to age (see photo). I have seen this on many doll clothes from time to time and have some in my collection. It goes into the folds of the gown and really isn't noticeable. However, the lace-edged veil is in super excellent condition which is a miracle because the veil usually has damage with tears, rips and many many holes or it's usually missing all together. So all in all, this Beautiful Alexander Bride would be an asset to anyone who collects brides, hard plastics, 1950s or just dolls. She has no odors and comes from a smoke free home.
