A rarely found, natural, untreated 4.75 carat Type A Jadeite (Burma/Myanmar origin) cabochon cut Green Jade. A fine hand crafted Comfort Fit Saddle Ring mount is unisex.
The Jadeite gemstone is fully saturated, very slightly deep Yellowish Green, of opaque translucence. Highly polished and in overall excellent condition.
Currently a size 7, we can custom size this ring down by 1.50 or up as much as 2.50 sizes to suit you on request.
CONDITION: In excellent vintage condition with no damage or wear down to note. Jadeite measures 17.38mm x 7.25 x 4.15 (measured within the mount) and equates to 4.75 carats by gauge and formula. Markings: On the interior shank -14 Karat, 585, and a Makers Symbol no longer decipherable within a square logo. The ring was recently cleaned and polished by our Jeweler to remove any fine wear scratches. Origin of Class A Jadeite is likely Burma/Myanmar. Origin of the Mount is unknown and was custom crafted to accommodate the gemstone.
