This brooch set with natural pearls in the form of a circle accented with a pretty diamond set bow. A lovely period piece, it dates to the Belle Epoque/Edwardian era.
There are 35 natural 2.4 -2.5mm pearls screw set atop the circle. The bow is set with and 25 full cut diamonds.
This is a good size measuring 1.75" across and light weight at just off 5 grams. The piece is typical of the period in white gold with its' original yellow gold broaching assembly and early safety clasp.
CONDITION: In overall very fine antique condition with no losses, repairs or damage to note. I do note the stick pin has a slight kink as evidenced in the photographs which we will have our jeweler straighten before it leaves here. Beautifully hand crafted. Pearls are primarily white with skins intact and good bright orient & luster. Diamonds are small (approx .33 carat), bright & eye clean. Markings: 14K on the safety clasp. No Makers' Mark that we can find. Origin is unknown but we acquired it in the US. Circa 1895 - 1905.

A refined & elegant piece from the beautiful era as much in place today as it was at the turn of the 20th!
