All jewelry is packed ready to be gifted with my signature gold box, ribbon and card. I clean all the jewelry pieces unless otherwise stated and repair them as needed. More extensive repairs will be done by an expert jeweler and specified in listings. Metals are tested and gemstones identified by a certified gemologist. All my items are described as accurately as possible with any flaws pointed out. I will post as much information as I can on the pieces, including approximate age. All props used in photo are for display purposes only and are not included.

Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

I cover domestic shipping, handling, insurance and delivery signature on your order using USPS First Class. I also offer the option for you to purchase USPS Express delivery. Please contact me as soon as possible if your wish to make a return or if your item is lost or damaged. I am currently offer international shipping to Canada, Australia and New Zealand. You're responsible for shipping charges which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. I am not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. I cover the international shipment insurance, except on items over $1000 which will require an extra insurance charge.
