Silver plated bread fork with engraved tines. The handle is a Tortoise synthetic handle which is securely held by a hallmarked silver ferrule with the marks of “G.B.” for the silversmith George Bedingham. The crown is for Sheffield, a lion passant for the sterling silver assay mark and date letter “F” for 1923. . The tines are stamped with a shield enclosing “EP” then “NS” then “J M C & S”. It measures approximately 6 7/8”.
