16" older Presbyterian Cloth Doll made by the ladies Of The First Presbyterian Church in Bucyrus, Ohio. The dolls are cloth and then the head and arms are painted. Apparently they used different paints and sealers, this doll has darken paint and cracking or crazing on the paint. It gives her a lot of charm. She is marked on the bottom HK but there is no date. She has light brown eyes and dark brown hair. The ladies also made the shoes. Doll was made from the pattern of the earliest dolls made in 1885. There is some brown spots on ribbon ties on bonnet. She would have been made in the late 1960's to early 1970's.
