This beautiful blue-rimmed 6.375" square plate with rounded corners supplies the porcelain canvas for a sedate grey tree-lined landscape, with soft yellow sky and sunlit lane behind a spindly tree and a patch of flowers accented in green, coral, and blue.
The backstamps are a 1940-1966 Shelley, and a Lawleys, the pattern number being hand-painted. In perfect condition.
