This large portrait oil painting is reportedly painted by Paul Hallwig in 1893. Accordingly, the subject is a young girl named Eleanore Williams, born Oct. 22, 1883 and died May 16, 1926. She was 9 years of age at the time of the painting. Her face and clothing are exquisitely rendered. The original frame has some minor restoration but retains most of its gold gilt. The painting is in excellent condition but may benefit from a professional cleaning. 42"h X 35"w X 2"d, Condition: Excellent, Circa: 1893.
