This tall 2 door bookcase comes apart into 5 main pieces making it easier to get up staircases, etc. Notice the boldly pierced carved crest with the turned center finial. The separate cornice is deep and wide. The tall double pane glass doors retain their original glass and working lock with key. Inside are 4 adjustable shelves each measuring 10.5” deep by 45” wide. The stepped out base has 2 hand dovetailed drawers which also retain their working lock. The bookcase retains its original finish which is in very good condition. There are some rubs and marks along the top of the stepped out base but nothing offensive. 100"h X 54"w X 18.5"d, Condition: Very Good, Circa: 1870's.
