This highly inlaid satinwood cabinet is of exceptional quality. Its size and shape would adapt to a variety of locations and purposes such as dining room server, entryway piece or living room lamp stand. The inlay is comprised of fine contrasting woods such as mahogany, maple, walnut, rosewood, etc. The delicate looking inlaid design is comprised of scrolling leaves, vines, bell flowers, ribbons and a central oval panel having an urn of flowers. There is a single curved drawer over a curved door. The drawer retains its original fancy cast brass ring pulls. The door has a replaced cast brass key escutcheon and its working lock with key. Inside is a single shelf. The base of the cabinet has a finely pierced carved floral garland below the door. The server rests on 4 exquisitely carved paw feet with delicately carved acanthus leaves.
