This solid walnut dining table expands to an amazing 14 feet! There are 6 original leaves, each measuring 18” wide. The rectangular shaped top has a deep skirt. The boldly designed pedestal base is comprised of 2 separate parts with a hidden leg encased in the center of the pedestal. When the table is expanded, the pedestal separates to provide the necessary additional support. The pedestal does not need to separate when only 1-2 leaves are being used. Notice the carved rosettes and applied burled walnut panels on the legs. The table rests on its original casters. 28.5"h X 60"-168"w X 52"d, Condition: Excellent, Circa: 1870's.
