This suitcase style wind up phonograph was made by the Waters Conley Company. The portable Phonolas were made for the popular Sears, Roebuck & Company. The company was recognized as producers of quality cameras to which they later included phonographs. The suitcase is in nearly mint condition. The case opens to reveal a drop down storage compartment for 78 RPM records. The player has its original hand crank and needle case with spring loaded lid. The cloth covered turntable is in mint condition as well. There is a slow/fast switch to adjust the speed of the player and an on/off dial. The player is in excellent working condition. 7"h X 17"w X 13"d, Condition: Excellent, Circa: 1920's.
