Check out this unusual solid cherry Victorian parlor table in the Aesthetic style. The design and style is reminiscent of the works by the Merklen Brothers of New York City. The top has a beaded edge with a small shelf below. The stand is supported by ornately turned legs and stretchers which are uniquely configured. Notice the large, heavily cast brass claw feet surrounding a wooden ball. The frame is tight and the finish is in excellent condition having a great color and patina. 31"h X 36"w X 22"d, Condition: Excellent, Circa: 1880-1890's.
