This Victorian cameo glass vase is most likely English. Cameo glass was an extremely desirable form of art glass which etched and carved through fused layers of different colored glass to produce a pattern or scene. This bulbous or bottle form vase has a background color which fades from a rich rose to a soft pink. The delicate white opaque raised design consists of leaves and berries. The vase is unsigned but has faint numbers which read 437/3. This is a genuine Victorian era piece which is in excellent condition. 10.5"h X 5.5"w X 5.5"d, Condition: Excellent, Circa: 1890's.
